Where do you ship?
Currently we ship within New Zealand and Australia. If you would like to shop with us and live further afield, send us an email and we can find out a one-off shipping cost.
How much will shipping cost?
Within New Zealand: Shipping costs for a single game range from $10 - $20 NZD nationwide for urban addresses (extra for rural), using tracked courier.
Orders of 1 - 4 games:
Shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout,
Combined shipping available,
Add $2 per additional game for orders up to 4 games.
Orders of 5+:
If you would like to purchase 5 or more games, please contact us and provide your shipping address and the number of games required. Please let us know if it is rural delivery.
Shipping to Australia:
Games can be despatched in groups of 1 - 7, combined shipping will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
In general, orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched from Auckland on the same day. You will receive an email update with a NZ Courier Post tracking number. Once dispatched, please allow 1-5 working days for your purchase to arrive (depending on your location). Please be aware with Covid restrictions, some parcels take longer than expected.
Do you offer a pickup service?
Contact us if you would like to pick up a bulk order.
Return policy
We do not offer a return service, however we do offer replacements for faulty or damaged products. Although we aim to ensure your products arrive to you safely, we cannot guarantee this once we hand over the parcel for shipping.
Faulty or damaged goods
Should your order arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within five days of receiving your item via e-mail kaupapa.game@gmail.com, including a photo of the damage/fault. If a replacement is available it will be sent out to you at no charge. For items damaged in transit, please keep all packaging for claiming purposes.
Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind.
Incorrect product
If you have received the wrong product then please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can arrange the correct product to be sent to you.
